Prepare the Swordfish
In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.

Marinate
Brush the swordfish fillets with the marinade and let them sit for at least 15 minutes.

Mix the Relish
In a medium bowl, combine diced mango, jalapeño, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Mix well and set aside.

Combine with Rice
Add the cooked rice to the bean mixture and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Tacos Assembly

Warm the Tortillas
Heat the corn tortillas on a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side.

Assemble Tacos
Place a portion of the red beans and rice mixture on each tortilla, followed by a piece of grilled swordfish and a generous spoonful of mango-jalapeño relish.

Serve the tacos with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the top.
