Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir well to create a uniform marinade.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Swordfish

Place the Atlantic Swordfish steaks in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure that the steaks are well-coated. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F). If you're using a charcoal grill, allow the coals to become white-hot.

  2. 4

    Grill the Swordfish

Remove the swordfish from the marinade, letting any excess marinade drip off. Place the steaks on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is opaque and easily flakes with a fork.

  3. 5

    Serve

Once cooked, remove the swordfish from the grill. Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with lemon wedges and fresh parsley sprigs before serving.
