Stuffed Jalapeños

Method

Preparation and Grilling

  1. 1

    Prepare the Jalapeños

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds and membranes for less heat. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the hickory smoked bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet, let it cool, then crumble into small pieces.

  3. 3

    Make the Filling

In a bowl, mix the goat cheese, crumbled bacon, black pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.

  4. 4

    Stuff the Jalapeños

Using a spoon, fill each jalapeño half with the goat cheese mixture.

  5. 5

    Grill the Jalapeños

Brush the stuffed jalapeños with olive oil and place them on the preheated grill. Grill for about 10-15 minutes or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is slightly browned.

  6. 6

    Serve

Remove from the grill and serve hot with ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
