Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the mixture and stir well.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure each fillet is well coated. Cover with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

  4. 4

    Prepare the Baking Dish

Line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil. Place the marinated salmon fillets in the dish skin-side down.

  5. 5

    Add Broth and Lemon

Pour the vegetable broth around the salmon in the baking dish. Slice the remaining half of the lemon and place the slices on top of the fillets. Sprinkle fresh dill over the salmon.

  6. 6

    Bake the Salmon

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  7. 7

    Serve

Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes before serving. Serve with your choice of sides, such as steamed vegetables or rice.
