Prepare the Ingredients
Gather all ingredients: corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, marble rye bread, and Russian dressing. If using, have butter ready for grilling.

Assemble the Sandwich
Lay 2 slices of marble rye bread on a clean surface. Spread 1 tablespoon of Russian dressing on each slice. On one slice, layer the corned beef evenly. Add the sauerkraut on top of the corned beef, followed by the Swiss cheese slices. Top with the second slice of bread, dressing side down.

Grill the Sandwich
In a skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Place the assembled sandwich in the skillet and grill for 3-4 minutes until the bottom is golden brown. Carefully flip the sandwich and add the remaining tablespoon of butter to the skillet. Grill the other side for an additional 3-4 minutes, pressing down gently with a spatula, until the cheese is melted and the bread is toasted.

Slice and Serve
Once grilled, remove the sandwich from the skillet. Allow it to cool for a minute, then slice it in half diagonally. Serve warm with additional Russian dressing on the side for dipping if desired.
