Crust Preparation

Prepare the crust
In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until well combined.

Form the crust
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Use the back of a measuring cup to ensure it is evenly packed.

Bake the crust
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the crust for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden. Remove from oven and let cool.
Filling Preparation

Mix cream cheese and sugar
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and mix until fully incorporated.

Add peanut butter and vanilla
Add the peanut butter and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture. Beat until smooth and creamy.

Whip heavy cream
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

Combine mixtures
Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully combined.

Add melted chocolate
Fold in the melted chocolate chips until the mixture is smooth and evenly colored.

Fill the crust
Pour the filling into the cooled crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
Chilling and Topping

Chill the cheesecake
Cover the cheesecake with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.

Before serving, if using, sprinkle crumbled bacon, chocolate shavings, and chopped peanuts on top of the cheesecake.

Remove the sides of the springform pan and slice the cheesecake. Serve chilled and enjoy!
