Prepare the Mason Jar
Select a clean mason jar and ensure it is dry.

Add Ice
Fill the mason jar with ice cubes until it is about 2/3 full.

Pour Vodka
Measure 2 oz of vodka and pour it over the ice in the mason jar.

Add Lime Juice
Squeeze fresh lime juice (about 1 oz) into the jar over the vodka.

Top with Ginger Beer
Pour 4 oz of ginger beer into the mason jar, filling it to the top.

Garnish with Lime and Mint
Add the fresh lime wedges and mint leaves to the drink for garnish.

Stir and Serve
Using a straw or a spoon, gently stir the drink to mix the ingredients. Serve immediately.
