Main Ingredients

Method

Preparing the Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Place the salmon fillets in the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375-400°F or 190-200°C).

Grilling the Salmon

  1. 3

    Grill the Salmon

Remove the salmon from the marinade and discard the leftover marinade. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill. Grill for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Preparing the Vegetables

  1. 4

    Prepare the Vegetables

While the salmon is marinating, rinse and trim the asparagus. Slice the bell peppers and zucchini into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 5

    Season the Vegetables

In a bowl, toss the prepared vegetables with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until well coated.

Grilling the Vegetables

  1. 6

    Grill the Vegetables

Place the seasoned vegetables in a grill basket or on skewers. Grill for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and slightly charred.

Serving

  1. 7

    Plate and Serve

Once the salmon and vegetables are done grilling, remove them from the grill. Plate the salmon alongside the grilled vegetables and serve immediately.
