Prepare the Fruits
Wash the blackberries, blueberries, and strawberries thoroughly under cold water. Pat them dry with a paper towel.

Slice the Strawberries
Remove the green tops from the strawberries and slice them into halves or quarters, depending on their size.
Mixing

Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add the blackberries, blueberries, and sliced strawberries. Muddle the fruits gently to release their juices.

Add Gin
Pour in the Empress Gin into the shaker with the muddled fruits. Stir gently to combine.

Fill the shaker with ice and top it off with soda water. Shake gently to mix all the ingredients together.
