Prepare the Poblano Peppers
Roast the poblano peppers over an open flame or under a broiler until the skin is charred. Place them in a plastic bag for about 10 minutes to steam, then peel off the skin, remove the seeds, and chop finely.

In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white American cheese, cream cheese, and milk. Stir continuously until melted and smooth.

Add the roasted poblano peppers, garlic powder, cumin, and salt to the cheese mixture. Stir well to combine and heat for another 5 minutes, ensuring everything is well mixed and warmed through.

Prepare the Tortilla Chips
Cut the corn tortillas into triangles. Heat the oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
