Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a large mixing bowl, combine yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, lemon juice, salt, and oil. Mix well until smooth.

  2. 2

    Cube the Paneer

Cut the paneer into 1-inch cubes and add them to the marinade. Toss gently until all pieces are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.

  3. 3

    Prepare Vegetables

While the paneer is marinating, chop the bell peppers, onion, and zucchini into similar-sized pieces, about 1-inch.

Grilling

  1. 4

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

  2. 5

    Assemble Skewers

Thread the marinated paneer and chopped vegetables onto skewers, alternating between paneer and vegetables.

  3. 6

    Grill the Skewers

Place the skewers on the preheated grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the paneer is golden and the vegetables are tender.

Serving

  1. 7

    Serve Hot

Remove the skewers from the grill and serve hot with mint chutney or your favorite dipping sauce.
