Prepare Spinach
If using fresh spinach, wash thoroughly and blanch in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Drain and immediately transfer to cold water to stop the cooking process. If using frozen spinach, thaw it and squeeze out excess water.

Prepare Paneer
Cut the paneer into cubes. Optionally, you can lightly fry the paneer cubes in a little oil until golden brown.

Add Onions
Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until it turns golden brown.

Add Ginger-Garlic Paste
Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another 1-2 minutes until the raw smell disappears.

Add Tomato Puree
Add the tomato puree and cook for about 5 minutes until the oil starts to separate from the mixture.

Spice it Up
Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and red chili powder. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.

Add Paneer
Gently fold in the paneer cubes and season with salt. Allow it to cook for another 5 minutes, letting the paneer absorb the flavors.

Serve
Once cooked, take off the heat and serve hot with naan or rice.
