    Cut the Paneer and Vegetables

    Cut the paneer into cubes of about 1 inch each. Dice the bell peppers and onion into bite-sized pieces. Finely chop the garlic and ginger.

    Prepare the Sauce

    In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, tomato ketchup, chili sauce, vinegar, cornstarch, and water. Mix well until cornstarch is fully dissolved.

    Sauté Vegetables

    Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Then add diced onions and bell peppers. Cook for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are slightly tender.

    Cook the Paneer

    Add the paneer cubes to the pan. Sprinkle salt, black pepper, and red chili powder. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until the paneer is slightly golden.

    Pour the prepared sauce over the paneer and vegetables. Mix well to coat everything in the sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
