Churros

Banana Caramel

White Chocolate Peanut Butter Sauce

Method

Churros Preparation

1

Make the Churro Dough

In a saucepan, combine water, unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in flour until a dough forms. Allow to cool slightly, then beat in eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract and cinnamon.

2

Fry the Churros

Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C). Transfer the churro dough to a piping bag fitted with a star tip. Pipe strips of dough into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Banana Caramel Preparation

3

Make the Banana Caramel

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sliced bananas and brown sugar. Cook until the bananas are soft and caramelized. Stir in unsalted butter and heavy cream until smooth. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

White Chocolate Peanut Butter Sauce Preparation

4

Make the Peanut Butter Sauce

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and peanut butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth. Stir in heavy cream for a thinner consistency.
