Cooking Pasta

    Boil Water

    In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil.

    Cook Pasta

    Add penne pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sautéing Shrimp and Vegetables

    Heat Oil

    In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

    Cook Garlic

    Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

    Add Vegetables

    Add sliced bell pepper, onion, mushrooms, broccoli, and zucchini to the skillet. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.

    Cook Shrimp

    Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for another 3-5 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.

Making the Sauce

    Add Wine and Lemon

    Pour in the white wine and lemon juice into the skillet, stirring well to combine. Allow the mixture to simmer for about 2-3 minutes.

    Season

    Season with black pepper and stir in chopped parsley.

Combining

    Add the cooked penne pasta to the skillet and toss everything together to coat the pasta in the sauce.

    Divide the Gamberi alla Antonio into serving plates and garnish with additional parsley if desired.
