    In a cocktail shaker, combine the Horitos Plata, elderflower liqueur, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup. Fill the shaker with ice cubes.

    Shake well for about 15 seconds until the mixture is chilled.

    Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with fresh ice. Top with club soda.
