Salsa Preparation Directions

   Prepare Salsa Fresca

   Dice the Roma tomatoes, red onion, and jalapeño pepper. Combine them in a bowl with chopped cilantro, lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and set aside.

   Prepare Corn Salsa

   In another bowl, mix together the corn, diced red bell pepper, black beans, minced garlic, lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.

   Combine and Serve

   Serve the Salsa Fresca and Corn Salsa in separate bowls alongside the tortilla chips. Enjoy your Salsa Sampler!
