Cocktail Preparation

Prepare the Glass
Rim the edge of a chilled margarita glass with lime juice and dip it into salt to coat the rim.

Mix the Margarita
In a shaker, combine tequila, lime juice, orange liqueur, and simple syrup. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.

Pour and Top
Strain the margarita mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice. Carefully open the mini bottle of Prosecco and slowly pour it over the top of the margarita.

Garnish and Serve
Garnish with a lime wedge and serve immediately with a straw or cocktail stirrer.
