Prepare Chicken Wings
In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with salt, pepper, and buffalo sauce. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Cook Chicken Wings
Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C). Fry the wings in batches for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Heat Baby Chimis
In the same oil, fry the baby chimis for about 4-5 minutes until golden and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Cook Taquitos
Fry the taquitos in the hot oil for about 3-4 minutes until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Serve
Arrange the fried chicken wings, baby chimis, and taquitos on a platter. Serve with sour cream and bleu cheese dressing on the side.
