Prepare the Melons
Using a melon baller or knife, scoop or cut the watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew melon into bite-sized pieces. Place them in a large mixing bowl.

Mix the Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, honey, and a pinch of salt until well combined.

Combine and Serve
Pour the dressing over the melon pieces and gently toss to combine. Add mint leaves for garnish and serve chilled.
