Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Mahi Mahi
In a bowl, mix olive oil, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Coat the mahi mahi fillets with the spice blend.
- 2
Grill the Mahi Mahi
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the mahi mahi fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks.
- 3
Prepare the Tortillas
While the fish is grilling, place the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side until they are warm and slightly charred.
- 4
Assemble the Tacos
Once the mahi mahi is cooked, remove it from the grill and let it rest for a minute. Flake the fish into bite-sized pieces. To assemble, place a portion of fish on each tortilla, top with shredded red cabbage, drizzle with three pepper sauce, add salsa fresca, and finish with avocado slices.
- 5
Serve
Serve the tacos immediately, garnished with extra salsa or sauce if desired.
