Add eggs
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition until the dough is smooth and glossy.

Heat the oil
In a deep frying pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Pipe the churros
Using a piping bag fitted with a star tip, pipe 4-6 inch strips of dough into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Coat in cinnamon sugar
Remove churros from the oil and drain on paper towels. In a shallow dish, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon, then roll the churros in the mixture until coated.

Serve
Serve warm with honey and chocolate sauce for dipping.
