Seafood Pasta
Method
Preparation
- 1
Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the rest and set aside.
- 2
Sauté the Seafood
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the mixed seafood and cook for 3-4 minutes until they start to turn opaque.
- 3
Add Tomatoes and Wine
Stir in the cherry tomatoes and white wine. Cook for another 5-7 minutes, allowing the sauce to reduce slightly and the tomatoes to soften.
- 4
Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet, tossing well to combine. If the mixture seems dry, add reserved pasta water a little at a time until you reach your desired consistency.
- 5
Garnish and Serve
Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley before serving.
