Method
Preparing the Beef Medallions
- 1
Season the Medallions
Sprinkle the salt and black pepper evenly over both sides of the Wagyu beef medallions. Allow them to sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes to enhance the flavor.

Cook the Medallions
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the medallions and sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or adjust to your preferred doneness. Remove from heat and let rest.

Slice the Onion
Slice the yellow onion into thin strips.
- 4
Making the Horseradish Sauce
- 5
Combine Ingredients
In a small bowl, mix together the horseradish, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Assembling the Sliders
- 6
Prepare the Buns
Slice the slider buns in half and lightly toast them if desired.
- 7
Assemble the Sliders
On the bottom half of each bun, place a lettuce leaf, followed by the cooked Wagyu medallion, a generous amount of caramelized onions, and a slice of tomato. Top with a dollop of horseradish sauce and cover with the top half of the bun.
