Method
For the Wagyu Sliders

Prepare the Wagyu Medallions
Season the wagyu medallions with salt and black pepper on both sides. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Assemble the Sliders
Once cooked, let the medallions rest for a couple of minutes. Slice the slider buns in half and place a wagyu medallion on each bun.
For the Chermoula Aioli

Mix the Aioli
In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, chopped cilantro, parsley, cumin, paprika, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt. Stir well until all ingredients are blended.

Chill the Aioli
Cover the bowl and refrigerate the chermoula aioli for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Prepare the Waffle Fries
Preheat the oven according to package instructions for the frozen waffle fries. Spread them out on a baking sheet.

Bake the Fries
Bake the seasoned waffle fries in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
