Method

For the Wagyu Sliders

  1. 1

    Prepare the Wagyu Medallions

Season the wagyu medallions with salt and black pepper on both sides. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  2. 2

    Grill the Medallions

Place the seasoned wagyu medallions on the grill. Grill for about 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is achieved.

  3. 3

    Assemble the Sliders

Once cooked, let the medallions rest for a couple of minutes. Slice the slider buns in half and place a wagyu medallion on each bun.

For the Chermoula Aioli

  1. 4

    Mix the Aioli

In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, chopped cilantro, parsley, cumin, paprika, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt. Stir well until all ingredients are blended.

  2. 5

    Chill the Aioli

Cover the bowl and refrigerate the chermoula aioli for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

For the Pickled Carrots

  1. 6

    Prepare the Pickling Brine

In a saucepan, combine white vinegar, water, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring until the sugar and salt dissolve.

  2. 7

    Pickle the Carrots

Place the julienned carrots in a jar and pour the hot pickling brine over them. Allow to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour before using.

For the Seasoned Waffle Fries

  1. 8

    Prepare the Waffle Fries

Preheat the oven according to package instructions for the frozen waffle fries. Spread them out on a baking sheet.

  2. 9

    Season the Fries

Drizzle olive oil over the fries and sprinkle paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Toss to coat evenly.

  3. 10

    Bake the Fries

Bake the seasoned waffle fries in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
