Mix the Base
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of reposado tequila, 1 oz of heirloom pineapple amaro, and 0.5 oz of cinnamon vanilla demerara syrup. Fill the shaker with ice.

Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice.

Top the drink with 4 oz of Pineapple Jarritos, allowing it to gently mix with the other ingredients.
