Prepare the Mixing Glass
Fill a mixing glass with ice to chill.

Combine Ingredients
Pour 2 oz of Red Locks Irish Whiskey, 0.5 oz of Demerara Syrup, 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters, and 1 dash of Orange Bitters into the mixing glass filled with ice.

Stir
Using a bar spoon, stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds until well chilled and properly diluted.

Strain into Glass
Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with a large ice cube.
Garnishing

Add Garnishes
Express the oils from a piece of orange peel over the drink and drop it in as a garnish. Add a Luxardo cherry on top for an additional touch.
