Preparation
- 1
Squeeze Fresh Oranges
Using a citrus juicer, squeeze fresh oranges until you have 2 cups of juice. Strain the juice to remove any pulp or seeds if desired.
- 2
Chill the Prosecco
Ensure that your Contarini Prosecco is chilled before serving. Place the bottle in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours prior to preparing the mimosa.
Mixing
- 3
Combine Ingredients
In a champagne flute or a glass of your choice, pour in 2 ounces (about 1/4 cup) of freshly squeezed orange juice.
- 4
Add Prosecco
Slowly pour the chilled Contarini Prosecco into the glass, filling it to the top. The ratio can be adjusted according to personal preference.
Garnishing (Optional)
- 5
Garnish with Orange and Mint
If desired, garnish your mimosa with a slice of orange on the rim of the glass and a few mint leaves for added freshness.
