Thaw the Lobster Tails
If using frozen lobster tails, thaw them in the refrigerator overnight or under cold running water for about 30 minutes.

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) to prepare for baking the lobster tails.

Prepare the Lobster Tails
Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise, stopping just before the tail fin. Gently pull the meat out of the shell, keeping it attached at the base, and lay it on top of the shell.

Make the Garlic Butter Sauce
In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned. Stir in the lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Bake the Lobster Tails
Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet, meat side up. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
