Main Ingredients

Method

Preparation of Salmon

  1. 1

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Salmon

Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Brush both sides of the fillets with olive oil. Season generously with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Grilling the Salmon

  1. 3

    Grill the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill. Grill for about 6-8 minutes without moving them. Flip the fillets carefully and grill for an additional 4-6 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Making the Lemon Butter Sauce

  1. 4

    Melt the Butter

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter until it is bubbly but not browned.

  2. 5

    Add Lemon and Garlic

Stir in the lemon juice and minced garlic. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant.

  3. 6

    Finish the Sauce

Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serving

  1. 7

    Serve the Dish

Serve the grilled salmon on plates and drizzle the lemon butter sauce over the top. Garnish with additional parsley if desired.
