Combine Ingredients
In a mixing glass, add the Four Roses 100pf Single Barrel Bourbon, Demerara Syrup, and House Bitters Blend.

Add Ice
Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes to chill the mixture.

Stir
Stir the mixture gently for about 20-30 seconds until well chilled.
Serving

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with a large ice cube.

Garnish
Express the oils from the orange peel over the drink and add it as a garnish along with the maraschino cherry.
