Cocktail Preparation

Muddle Strawberries
In a cocktail shaker, add the fresh strawberries. Use a muddler to gently crush the strawberries to release their juices.

Add Spirits
Pour in the Ketel One Peach Orange Blossom Vodka and Naranja Liqueur into the shaker with the muddled strawberries.

Shake the Mixture
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain the Mixture
Using a fine mesh strainer, strain the mixture into a chilled flute glass, discarding the solids.

Top with Cava
Slowly top the strained mixture with Freixenet Cava Brut, allowing it to mix gently.
