Prepare the Glass
Chill a cocktail glass by filling it with ice water while you prepare the drink.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of anejo tequila, 1 oz of Grand Marnier, and 2 oz of limonada. Fill the shaker with ice.

Shake the Mixture
Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to ensure the mixture is well chilled and combined.

Strain the Cocktail
Empty the ice water from the chilled cocktail glass. Strain the mixture from the shaker into the glass.

Add Mezcal Spritz
Top the cocktail with 1 oz of mezcal by gently pouring it over the back of a spoon to create a layered effect.

Garnish with a lime wheel on the rim of the glass and sprinkle salt on the edge, if desired.
