Cook the Beef
In a large skillet, heat over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Season the Beef
Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the beef mixture and stir to combine. Pour in the water and mix well.

Simmer
Reduce the heat to medium-low and let the mixture simmer for about 5-10 minutes until the flavors meld and the sauce thickens slightly.

Warm the Tortillas
In a separate skillet, warm the corn tortillas over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side or until pliable.

Assemble the Tacos
Place a few spoonfuls of the beef mixture onto each warmed tortilla. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, a dollop of sour cream, and a spoonful of salsa.

Fold the tortillas over the fillings and serve immediately while warm.
