Wash the fresh strawberries under cool running water. Remove the stems and slice them into halves.

Prepare Strawberries

In a medium bowl, combine the sliced strawberries with granulated sugar and lemon juice. Stir well and let the mixture sit for about 15 minutes until the strawberries release their juices.

Mix Strawberries

In a mixing bowl, pour the heavy whipping cream. Using an electric mixer, beat the cream on medium speed until it begins to thicken.

Whip Cream

Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the whipped cream. Continue to beat until stiff peaks form.

In serving glasses or bowls, layer the strawberry mixture, followed by a layer of whipped cream. Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled.

Top each serving with whole strawberries and a few mint leaves for garnish.

Mint Leaves

Wash and chop the bell peppers into bite-sized pieces. Use one cup of each color: red, yellow, green, orange, and purple.

Chop the Vegetables

Peel and finely chop the onion. Mince the garlic cloves.

Prepare Onion and Garlic

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté for about 2-3 minutes until the onion is translucent.

Sauté the Vegetables

Add the chopped bell peppers to the skillet and stir well. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the peppers are tender.

Sprinkle in the black pepper, red pepper flakes, cayenne pepper, and salt. Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Season the Mixture

Remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges on the side.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and salt. Whisk together until well blended.

Mix Dry Ingredients

In another bowl, beat the unsalted butter and sugar until light and fluffy. This should take about 2-3 minutes.

Add the eggs one at a time to the creamed butter and sugar mixture, mixing well after each addition.

Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet mixture, mixing until a dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour.

Combine Mixtures

Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Chill the Dough

In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, grated parmesan cheese, nutmeg, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir until well combined.

Prepare Filling

On a floured surface, roll out the chilled dough to about 1/8 inch thickness.

Roll Out the Dough

Cut the rolled dough into squares. Place a tablespoon of filling in the center of each square. Fold over to form a triangle and press the edges to seal.

In a saucepan, heat the marinara sauce over medium heat until warm.

Prepare Marinara Sauce

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the filled dough for about 4-5 minutes, or until they float to the surface. Remove with a slotted spoon.

Cook the Maldaners

In a serving dish, layer the cooked Maldaners with warm marinara sauce, shredded mozzarella, and top with fresh basil. Serve immediately.

In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat well. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Marinate the Chicken

Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear.

Cook the Chicken

Wash the baby potatoes and cut them in half. Boil them in salted water for about 15 minutes or until tender. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Potatoes

In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the green beans and sauté for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are tender-crisp. Season with salt.

Sauté the Green Beans

On a serving plate, place the grilled chicken breast. Arrange the boiled baby potatoes and sautéed green beans on the side. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
