Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped dill, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  4. 4

    Prepare the Vegetables

While the salmon is marinating, prepare the asparagus and cherry tomatoes. Rinse the asparagus under cold water and trim the ends. Halve the cherry tomatoes.

  5. 5

    Arrange on Baking Sheet

On a large baking sheet, arrange the marinated salmon fillets, asparagus spears, and halved cherry tomatoes. Drizzle any remaining marinade over the vegetables.

  6. 6

    Bake the Dish

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  7. 7

    Serve

Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Serve immediately, garnished with additional fresh dill if desired.
