Prepare the Glass
Start by chilling a rocks glass. You can do this by filling it with ice water while you prepare the drink.

Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing glass, combine 2 oz of Angel's Envy Bourbon, 0.5 oz of Simple Syrup, and 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters.

Shake or Stir
Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes and stir gently for about 30 seconds. This will chill and dilute the mixture properly.

Discard the ice water from the chilled rocks glass and strain the bourbon mixture into the glass.
