Method

For the Grilled Salmon

  1. 1

    Prepare the Salmon

Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Drizzle olive oil over the fillets, then sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and black pepper evenly on both sides.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Salmon

Drizzle lemon juice over the seasoned salmon fillets and let them marinate for about 15-30 minutes in the refrigerator.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F or 190°C to 200°C).

  4. 4

    Grill the Salmon

Place the marinated salmon fillets on the grill skin-side down. Grill for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and flaky.

For the Seasonal Vegetables

  1. 5

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and slice the zucchini and bell peppers into strips. Trim the ends of the asparagus.

  2. 6

    Season the Vegetables

In a bowl, toss the vegetables with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

  3. 7

    Grill the Vegetables

Place the seasoned vegetables on the grill alongside the salmon. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until tender and slightly charred.

For the Lemon Butter Sauce

  1. 8

    Melt the Butter

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter.

  2. 9

    Add Garlic and Lemon Juice

Once the butter is melted, add minced garlic and lemon juice. Stir and cook for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  3. 10

    Finish the Sauce

Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
