Preparation
Prepare the Starfruit
Wash the starfruit thoroughly under running water. Slice the starfruit into thin, star-shaped slices. Set aside for garnish.
Prepare the Lime
Cut the lime in half. Squeeze the juice from one half into a mixing container. Reserve the other half for garnish.
Muddle the Mint
In a glass or cocktail shaker, add the mint leaves. Using a muddler or the back of a spoon, gently muddle the mint leaves to release their flavor.
