Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Spinach

In a large skillet, add the fresh spinach and sauté over medium heat until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly, then chop coarsely.

  3. 3

    Mix the Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise, mixing until smooth. Add in the chopped spinach, drained artichoke hearts (chopped if large), mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.

Baking

  1. 4

    Transfer to Baking Dish

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.

  2. 5

    Bake the Dip

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the top is lightly golden.

Serving

  1. 6

    Serve with Chips

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with tortilla chips on the side for dipping.
