Method

Preparing the Eggs

1

Boil the Eggs

Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover them with cold water. Bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat.

2

Simmer and Cool

Once boiling, cover the saucepan and remove it from heat. Let the eggs sit for 12-14 minutes. After that, transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water and let them cool for about 5 minutes.

3

Peel the Eggs

Gently tap each egg on the counter to crack the shell, then peel the eggs under running water to make the process easier.

Making the Filling

4

Prepare Filling Mixture

Slice each peeled egg in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks. Place the yolks in a mixing bowl and set the egg whites aside.

5

Mix Ingredients

Add mayonnaise, yellow mustard, white vinegar, salt, and black pepper to the egg yolks. Mash the yolks and mix everything together until smooth.

Assembling the Deviled Eggs

6

Fill the Egg Whites

Using a spoon or a piping bag, carefully fill each egg white half with the yolk mixture.

7

Garnish

Sprinkle paprika over the filled eggs for garnish.
