Wings
- 1
Prepare the Wings
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- 2
Coat the Wings
In a large bowl, combine the baking powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the mixture.
- 3
Bake the Wings
Place the coated wings on a wire rack set over a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
- 4
Prepare the Sauce
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, mix in the hot sauce until well combined.
- 5
Coat with Sauce
Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and toss them in the hot sauce mixture until evenly coated.
Blue Cheese Dressing
- 6
Mix the Dressing
In a bowl, combine the blue cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, and garlic powder. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
