Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Juicing the Oranges

Cut the oranges in half and use a juicer or manual method to extract 1 cup of fresh orange juice. Strain if desired to remove pulp.

  2. 2

    Juicing the Limes

Cut the lime in half and squeeze it to extract 1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice.

Blending

  1. 3

    Blend the Mixture

In a blender, combine the fresh-squeezed orange juice, 100% Agave Tequila, Triple Sec, and fresh lime juice. Blend until well mixed and frothy.

  2. 4

    Freeze the Mixture

Pour the blended mixture into a large container and place it in the freezer. Allow to freeze for about 1-2 hours, or until slushy.

Serving

  1. 5

    Serve the Drink

Scoop the frozen mimosa-rita into glasses. Top each serving with a generous dollop of whipped cream.

  2. 6

    Garnish (optional)

For an extra touch, you can garnish with a slice of lime or a twist of orange peel.
