Prepare the Shrimp
Ensure the cold water Gulf shrimp are peeled and deveined. Rinse them under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

Chop Garlic and Parsley
Mince the garlic cloves and chop the fresh parsley for garnish.
Cooking the Sassy Shrimp

Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat until shimmering.

Add Cajun Seasoning and Red Pepper Flakes
Stir in the Cajun seasoning and crushed red pepper flakes, cooking for another 30 seconds to release the flavors.

Incorporate Tomatoes and Broth
Add the diced tomatoes and chicken broth to the skillet, stirring to combine. Allow the mixture to simmer for about 5 minutes.

Cook the Shrimp
Add the prepared shrimp to the skillet. Cook for 3-5 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque, stirring occasionally.

Finish the Sauce
Stir in the lemon juice, and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Cook for an additional minute.

Remove from heat, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
