Cooking Pasta

    Boil Water

    In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil over high heat.

    Cook Pasta

    Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Once cooked, drain and set aside.

Preparing Vegetables

    Chop Vegetables

    While the pasta is cooking, wash and chop the bell peppers, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, carrot, and broccoli into bite-sized pieces.

Sautéing Vegetables

    Heat Olive Oil

    In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

    Add Garlic

    Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

    Add Vegetables

    Add the chopped vegetables to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper, and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.

Combining Ingredients

    Mix Pasta and Veggies

    Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables, and toss well to combine.

    Add Herbs and Cheese

    Stir in the chopped fresh basil and grated Parmesan cheese, mixing until evenly distributed.

Serving

    Plate and Serve

    Serve the Pasta Primavera warm, garnished with extra basil and Parmesan cheese if desired.
