Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Chop the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces, slice the pork tenderloin, and crumble the ground Italian sausage. Chop the mushrooms, onion, and sweet bell peppers into manageable pieces. Mince the garlic.

  2. 2

    Cook the Spaghetti

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add the chopped onion, mushrooms, and sweet bell peppers. Cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.

  2. 4

    Cook the Meats

Push the vegetables to the side of the skillet and add the chicken pieces. Season with salt and black pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is browned. Add the ground Italian sausage and pork tenderloin slices, cooking until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

  3. 5

    Combine with Sauce

Once the meats are cooked, pour in the Pomodoro plum tomato sauce. Stir to combine everything and let it simmer for about 5-10 minutes to meld the flavors.

Finishing Touch

  1. 6

    Mix with Spaghetti

Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to combine with the meat and vegetable mixture. Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and toss until melted and well-coated.

  2. 7

    Serve

Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
