Prepare the Filling
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, ricotta cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Assemble the Ravioli
Lay a wonton wrapper on a clean surface. Place 1 tablespoon of the filling in the center of the wrapper. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water using your finger. Fold the wrapper over to form a triangle, pressing the edges to seal. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.

Bread the Ravioli
Set up a breading station with three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs. Dip each ravioli first in the flour, then in the egg, and finally coat it in breadcrumbs. Ensure each ravioli is well-coated.

Fry the Ravioli
Heat oil in a deep frying pan or pot to 350°F (175°C). Carefully add the breaded ravioli in batches, frying for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
