Method
Chicken Wings Preparation
- 1
Prep the Chicken Wings
Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- 2
Season the Wings
In a large bowl, combine vegetable oil, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Add the chicken wings and toss to coat evenly.
- 3
Bake the Wings
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are crispy and cooked through.
- 4
Coat with Hot Sauce
Remove the wings from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the hot sauce over the wings and toss to coat thoroughly.
Ranch Dressing Preparation
- 5
Combine Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, garlic powder, dried dill, salt, and black pepper.
- 6
Mix Until Smooth
Whisk the ingredients together until smooth and well combined.
- 7
Chill the Dressing
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
