Salmon Preparation

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Salmon
Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Add Garlic
Mince the garlic cloves and sprinkle them over the salmon.

Bake the Salmon
Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Cooking the Pasta or Vegetables

Boil the Water
In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.

Cook the Pasta
Once the water is boiling, add the bow tie pasta and cook according to package instructions, usually about 8-10 minutes.

Steam the Vegetables
While the pasta is cooking, steam your choice of vegetables until tender, about 5-7 minutes.

Melt the Butter
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.

Once melted, stir in the chopped parsley and cook for another minute.

Once the salmon is done baking, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
