Prepare the Watermelon
Cut the blackjack watermelon into quarters, remove the seeds, and scoop out the flesh. Measure out 4 cups of watermelon flesh and place it in a blender.

Juicing Limes
Squeeze fresh limes to extract 0.5 cups of lime juice. Make sure to remove any seeds that may fall in.
Mixing the Margarita

Blend Watermelon and Ingredients
In the blender with the watermelon, add 1.5 cups of tequila, 0.5 cups of fresh lime juice, and 0.25 cups of agave syrup. Blend until smooth and well combined.

Prepare the Glasses
Rim the glasses with lime juice and then dip them into sea salt to coat the rims. This adds flavor and a beautiful presentation.

Serve
In a large pitcher, combine the blended watermelon mixture with 3 cups of ice. Stir well to chill and mix. Pour into the prepared glasses and garnish with lime wedges and mint leaves.
